This one isn’t noteworthy at all, but it’s not awful, either. There’s enough here to entertain most kids for a couple of hours.

“Fantasy Island”
This recycled, boring, and suspense-free thriller is 2020’s first contender for worst movie of the year.
“Jexi”
Never quite hits comedy gold and is probably better suited for a streaming release, but it’s inventive and enjoyable enough to mildly recommend.
“Dora and the Lost City of Gold”
A sunny, family-friendly adventure that will appeal to most kids and tweens.
“Ant-Man and the Wasp”
Like its pint-sized superhero, the film doesn’t quite fit in with the typical MCU big screen canon and is a laid back yet thoroughly forgettable entry into the fatigued superhero genre.
“CHIPS”
This movie is so lazy, so unfunny that it’s actually an insult to anyone who purchases a ticket and subjects themselves to two hours in a darkened theater. Mindless cinema can be fun, but not when it’s this awful.
