FANATICAL ABOUT FILM!
Movies are our religion and the theater our church. Our gods are named Tarantino, Anderson and Scorsese.
We attend services 3-4 times a week and take our communion in the form of soda and popcorn. We offer up these reviews in hopes of pleasing our deities.
Please share your own comments on our reviews. We encourage all forms of respectful debate. We are, after all, “Fanatical About Film”!

“Mother!”
“Mother!” is a whopper.
“American Assassin”
Don’t mistake this for high art masquerading as pulse-pounding popcorn escapism, but there are some serious issues of morality simmering underneath all the bloody gunplay.
“Home Again”
“Home Again” is a sweet movie that will entertain its target audience.
“I Do…Until I Don’t”
If you enjoy watching couples fight for 90 minutes, be my guest.
“Ingrid Goes West”
While the film could’ve pushed the envelope even further, it’s still a sometimes thoughtful and savage take on cyber bullying and the emptiness of social media that consumes most of our everyday lives.
