“The Dilemma of Desire”
A rebellious documentary that explores the work of four outspoken women who are shattering myths about female sexuality and eroticism.
“Rare Beasts”
Tries to be a thesis of edgy feminist humor, but mostly comes off as being weird solely for the sake of being weird.
“Single”
This short film depicts the complexities of the world of dating when you have a disability, and it does so with honestly and humor.
“Seberg”
In another case of an interesting true story turned clunky biopic, “Seberg” is as poorly told as it is forgettable.
“The Way Back”
Movies like this are a dime a dozen and almost always have the same frustrating, formulaic retelling, but it’s still watchable thanks to Affleck’s decent performance.
