If the studio continues hiring interesting directors and keeps putting together fun films like this, the franchise will remain far from being past its prime.

“The Banshees of Inisherin”
An emotional character study about loneliness and isolation that expertly blends humor and cruelty.
“Plan 75”
The film is extremely slow moving, and a successful project would not have left me waiting for the characters to die and being relieved when it was finally over.
“Fixation”
A psychological thriller that places more weight on style rather than substance.
“Lyle, Lyle, Crocodile”
A good-natured, family-friendly adventure about a timid boy and his scarf-wearing, singing crocodile.
“The Munsters”
Like a bad Saturday morning kid’s show that’s corny, goofy, and seems aimed at the younger set. Except for the makeup, costumes, and production design, there is very little for grown-ups to enjoy.
