The true joy of this one is in the discovery.
“Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2”
There’s not much craft nor artistry to “Guardians Vol. 2”, but it’s as good as the first movie and it’s still fun enough to not become a total disaster.
“Sandy Wexler”
As with most of Sandler’s recent work, the story has a sweet and heartfelt tone and ending. It’s not really out of place here, but it also doesn’t exactly feel earned or authentic.
“How to Be a Latin Lover”
By no means will this become a cult comedy classic, but it’s an amusing diversion that’s much better than it should be.
