“Haunted Heist”
Wastes a talented cast whose chemistry and energy can’t overcome a script that never gives them enough to work with.
“V/H/S Halloween”
A gleefully unhinged collection that proves the franchise still knows how to surprise, shock, and entertain.
“Dolly”
Homegrown horror that’s scary, stylish, and with just the right amount of deranged.
“Coyotes”
This isn’t a terrible movie, it’s just really difficult to get past the fact that the characters are so stupid.
“The Cramps: A Period Piece”
A gloriously weird, proudly feminist mess of empowerment, camp, blood, and glitter.
