“Den of Thieves”
January is the time studios tend to dump their most forgettable, bland rubbish into theaters which makes it all the more surprising that the crime noir “Den of Thieves” is actually a quality heist movie.

I had high hopes for “Proud Mary,” but it disappointed me in every way imaginable.
“The Commuter”
Hardcore Neeson fans will probably find more to like about this film than I did, but I give him major props for playing this with full sincerity.

“The Polka King” tells the true story of Jan Lewan, a Polish immigrant who, through the brilliance of self promotion and grassroots marketing, became the “King of Pennsylvania Polka.”
“I, Tonya”
Overall this mean-spirited biopic didn’t work for me as well as it should’ve.
