FANATICAL ABOUT FILM!
Movies are our religion and the theater our church. Our gods are named Tarantino, Anderson and Scorsese.
We attend services 3-4 times a week and take our communion in the form of soda and popcorn. We offer up these reviews in hopes of pleasing our deities.
Please share your own comments on our reviews. We encourage all forms of respectful debate. We are, after all, “Fanatical About Film”!

“Dunkirk”
This is one hell of a stunning war picture.
“Atomic Blonde”
It’s time to lower those expectations.
“The Hero”
It’s a theme that’s been done hundreds of times before, but somehow this story manages to feel fresh.
“Valerian and the City of a Thousand Planets”
Fans of Besson will be giddy with excitement because the film feels like he was able to let it all hang out, creatively speaking.
“Wish Upon”
For teenagers looking to get out of the house for the summer, “Wish Upon” might be just entertaining enough to justify going to the theater.
